Both formats are effective. IV NAD+ delivers maximum bioavailability and is ideal for intensive protocols or rapid results. SubQ is more convenient and suitable for ongoing maintenance. Your physician will recommend the most appropriate format based on your goals at consultation.

NAD+ is a naturally occurring molecule in the body with an excellent safety profile. Side effects are rare. During IV infusion, some patients experience mild flushing or a warm sensation, which resolves by slowing the drip rate. All treatments are physician-supervised at Belle.
NAD+ IV therapy at Belle starts from AED 800 per session. SubQ injections start from AED 350. Course packages are available at a reduced rate. Exact pricing is confirmed at consultation.
None for SubQ. IV sessions require 2–4 hours at the clinic but have no recovery time — you can return to normal activities immediately after. Most patients feel energised rather than fatigued post-infusion.
